Raja Rao has a unique and diverse career. After he did his Masters in CS from UIUC in 2002, he worked as a QA automation engineer/lead/architect over the next 7 years. And while he was at Yahoo!, he even got an award for moving them from QTP and their homegrown testing solutions to Selenium RC and TestNG back in 2008 and at that time, TestNG was truly NextGen testing framework. Since then he became a front-end developer, and Developer advocate and wrote some very popular blogs such as this one that has millions of views and nearly 60,000 likes. Last year he joined Applitools because he saw a huge opportunity to contribute back to the amazing QA community! And in the last year, he helped build TestAutomationU to help the QA community to learn from the best in the industry like Angie Jones.
